Terms of service

Last updated November 1, 2026

These terms apply when you use chucksi.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

Chucksi is a free, open-source set of creative tools, provided as is. Features may change, be limited or be removed at any time. Free and server-run features have daily limits so they stay available to everyone.

The code

Chucksi's source code is released under the MIT license. That license governs the code. These terms govern your use of the hosted site. Models, code and artwork used by the site keep their own licenses, listed on the Credits page.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can stop using Chucksi and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and create. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and show it back to you so the service works. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not use Chucksi to:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output

AI-generated results can be wrong, odd or unexpected. Check anything important before you rely on it. You are responsible for how you use what you create.

Electronic signatures

Chucksi Sign provides tools for signing documents and a record of what happened. It is not legal advice, and whether a signature is valid for a given purpose depends on your situation and local law.

Free website hosting

Sites made with the Chucksi website builder can be published free at an address on v2web.site. You need an account, and you are responsible for everything on your site. Each account can have up to 5 sites of up to 10 MB each, and there are daily publishing limits. Every hosted page shows a small "Made with Chucksi · Report" badge.

On a hosted site, do not:

Addresses are first come, first served and stay yours while the site is published; reserved, misleading or brand-like addresses are refused. Uploads are checked automatically, and pages with password or payment fields, or forms that send to other websites, are refused.

Anyone can report a site from its badge or at chucksi.com/report. We may pause or take down a site, release its address or close the account behind it, at any time and without notice, when we believe it breaks these rules or the law. A site reported by several people may be paused automatically until it is reviewed. To contest a takedown, or to send a copyright or legal notice, email chuckgptx@gmail.com with the site's address.

Hosting is free and comes with no promise of uptime or permanence. Keep your own copy of your site (Export gives you one).

Explore: sharing what you make

When you press Share to Explore, the image or video, its title and tags, your display name and the Remix link become public on chucksi.com/explore. Anyone can view them, like them and open the same tool with the same settings. Only share what you made or have the right to share. You keep ownership of your work; by posting, you let Chucksi show it in the feed and let others remix the settings it links to.

The same rules as hosted sites apply: nothing illegal, no sexual content involving minors, no sexual or graphic violent content, no harassment, hate or threats, no spam, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights. Images can be up to 3 MB and videos up to 8 MB, and there are daily posting limits. Posts from a brand-new account are visible by their link right away and join the public feed once the account is a day old.

Delete a post any time: open it on Explore while signed in and press Delete; its image or video is removed right away. Anyone can report a post with the Report link on it. A post reported by several people is hidden automatically until it is reviewed, and we may remove posts or close accounts that break these rules. For a copyright or legal notice, email chuckgptx@gmail.com with the post's link.

No warranty and limit of liability

Chucksi is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for a free service is zero.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Chucksi means you accept the updated terms. Questions: chuckgptx@gmail.com.
